I've booked the job, delivered under pressure, and frozen in rooms I was more than ready for.
This work is what I wish someone had handed me at the start.

There was a season in my career when I was doing everything right. The training. The agent. The rooms.
But something inside me kept collapsing at the worst moment. I'd freeze on camera. Push too hard in a callback. Book the job and spend the whole shoot waiting for someone to figure out I didn't belong.
Around the same time, I was performing two major roles at the Shaw Festival while flying across the country to film Supernatural, then driving across Ontario to film Shadowhunters. Hundreds of lines. Flights. Family. A body that needed sleep.
Nobody watching the finished work saw everything I was holding.
But I had to learn how to hold it.
That's when everything shifted. Not just my career. How I carried it.

I created the Ready Actor Challenge because the thing that almost took me out is the same thing quietly taking out talented people everywhere.
Not a lack of skill. A lack of inner ground.
Acting school teaches you how to perform. Nobody teaches you how to live this life. That's what this work is. The part of the training nobody gave you.
I believe what looks like an industry problem is almost always a symptom of something internal.
I'm a faith-led artist. I believe consciousness shapes craft, and craft shapes career. If that resonates, you're in the right room.
Start with the Ready Actor Challenge. 31 days to find out what happens to your talent when the pressure changes, and practice staying in the room.
If not, feel free to pass. No hard feelings.

Take the 10-question Audition Adjustment Test. Less than five minutes, and you'll know exactly where you're starting and what to do next.
